Why I Love Being a VA (Even If It Means Doing the Work You Hate)

Let’s be real—every business has those tasks that make you cringe. The inbox that never stops. The tech glitches. The endless admin work. The recurring “I’ll get to it later” items that somehow never get checked off.
Well… I love those tasks. Seriously.
That’s exactly why I became a Virtual Assistant.
I Genuinely Love the Work
I didn’t fall into VA work—I chose it. I love organizing chaos. I love creating systems out of scattered ideas. I love being the person behind the scenes who keeps things moving when the business owner is overwhelmed, maxed out, or just plain tired of doing the same repetitive tasks every day.
What most people hate doing? That’s usually the first thing I want to take off their plate.
Because for me, it’s not “just admin.” It’s creating space for someone else to breathe. It’s bringing order to someone else’s overwhelm. That’s not just rewarding—it’s empowering.
Why This Work Matters
I’ve seen firsthand what happens when a business owner tries to do it all. The growth stalls. The creativity fades. The passion starts to feel like pressure.
But when they delegate, when they let someone like me handle the day-to-day... everything changes.
They get their time back. They get their energy back. They finally focus on the parts of the business that only they can do. And I get to support that.
That’s the heart of it. I love being the person who makes your business lighter.
What I Actually Do
If you’ve ever wondered what kind of tasks a VA (especially this VA) takes on, here’s a peek:
Email and calendar management
System setup and automation
Website and tech troubleshooting
Content scheduling and basic design
Client onboarding and organization
Project management and admin support
Basically? I fill in the gaps. So you can step into your zone of genius without being dragged down by everything else.
If You’re Ready to Let Go
If you know someone drowning in tasks, feeling stuck, or avoiding their inbox for the third day in a row—it might be time.
Let me do the things they hate, so they can get back to what they love.
In April, I’m onboarding 2 new VA clients. Know someone who needs this kind of support? Refer them and get a discount on your next month.
Let’s build your business the smart way—together.
