Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Consulting and Subscription Services: All fees for consulting and subscription services are non-refundable once the service period has begun. If you wish to cancel a subscription, please contact us at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Product Purchases: For tangible products (such as cookies), refunds are available only if the product arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, including a photo of the damage.

  • Event Cancellations: If an event or coaching session is canceled by ABJ Chapman Services, a full refund will be issued. If the client cancels a scheduled meeting or event with less than 1 hour's notice, a $25 cancellation fee will apply, as outlined in the service agreement.

2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays due to financial institutions.
