A Major Shift: Restructuring My Business for Growth in 2025

One of the biggest takeaways from my annual planning retreat was realizing just how much my business had grown and that it was time for a major shift. Over the years, I’ve expanded my services, taken on more clients, and evolved into multiple areas that serve entrepreneurs in different ways. What started as a single business has now grown into three distinct brands, each with its own purpose and focus.


So, after a lot of reflection, planning, and strategy, I’ve officially restructured my business. I now own and operate:

  • ABJ Chapman Services – Business administration/VA, bookkeeping, web/app development, corporate travel, and essential support services for business owners.

  • Coached by Jade – Business coaching and strategy for entrepreneurs who feel stuck and need clarity on how to scale.

  • Magical Vacation Planner by Jade Nielsen – Travel planning services to help clients create unforgettable vacations, from Disney trips to cruises and more.


This restructuring wasn’t just about organization. It was about making sure my businesses reflect the full range of what I offer while setting each up for future growth.


Why I Made This Change

As my services expanded, so did my reach. I was working with entrepreneurs on business strategy while also providing administrative and bookkeeping services. At the same time, I was growing my travel planning business. Each of these areas was thriving, but I realized I needed more clarity not just for myself but for my clients.


I wanted to create distinct spaces where each service could grow on its own, making it easier for clients to understand exactly how I can help them.


What This Means for My Clients

For current and future clients, this restructuring means:

  • Clearer Services – Whether you need business coaching, back-end support, or travel planning, you know exactly where to go.

  • More Focused Growth – Each business now has the space to expand with new offerings, better resources, and dedicated attention.

  • Stronger Brand Identity – My businesses are no longer lumped together under one name. Each now stands on its own with its own purpose and mission.


This change makes it easier for me to deliver high-quality service while also giving my businesses the room to evolve and scale.


Looking Ahead to 2025

With this restructuring, I’m excited to open my services to more clients and continue building each business in a way that aligns with my long-term vision.
