Yes. Standalone and project-based services are available. Pricing is based on the specific scope of work.

What is the difference between Business Operations and Fractional COO support?

Business Operations focuses primarily on implementation, coordination, and consistent operational support. Fractional COO services provide executive-level leadership, strategic planning, team accountability, department oversight, and decision support.
