Our Quarterly Meeting Was Incredible
We had our quarterly on Saturday, and it was such an amazing experience. Even though we weren’t able to go offsite, the energy and focus of the team made it feel special. Each quarter, we reflect on what worked, what needs improvement, and how we can better serve our clients. Every meeting leaves me inspired and proud of the work we are doing.
Simplifying Packages and Adding Fractional COO
One of the biggest takeaways from this quarterly is simplifying our service packages to make it easier for clients to understand and select the right fit. We are also introducing a brand-new service: Fractional COO.
This will allow us to work with clients on strategy, decision-making, and operations support, helping them grow their businesses efficiently while we support implementation as needed.
Team Growth and Hiring Plans
Our team is thriving, and we are actively working toward hiring a full-time employee by the end of the year. Having this additional person will allow us to scale even more and maintain the high level of service we are known for. Seeing the company in such strong shape makes me proud and excited for the next steps.
Website Refresh and Client Experience
Another highlight from the quarter is our website refresh. We have updated almost every page to make the site clearer, more engaging, and easier to navigate. Some of the key changes include:
Simplified navigation for easier browsing
Updated copy that communicates our services and value
Enhanced visuals and layout to create a better experience
Clear calls to action so visitors can book a consult or request services quickly
New service pages highlighting Fractional COO and other offerings
We invite you to explore the refreshed website. Every update was designed to help clients understand how we can support them and to make working with us simpler and more effective.
First Class: Plan Your Week like a CEO
I also launched my first class, Plan Your Week like a CEO, and it went incredibly well. Seeing participants walk away with a system to plan their week, prioritize tasks, and focus on what truly matters was so rewarding. I am thrilled to continue offering it weekly. Helping other business owners organize their time and take control of their week has been one of the highlights of this season.
Reflecting on Gratitude and Growth
I am so grateful for how everything has come together this year. From the quarterly planning, to the website refresh, to launching a class, these wins remind me that persistence, delegation, and intentional planning pay off. While we still have goals to hit and challenges to tackle, it feels good to pause and celebrate the progress we have made.
Business Lessons From This Week
Growth requires patience and intention. Delegation is critical, and trusting your team allows you to focus on the work that only you can do. Simplifying processes, refining services, and launching new offerings are all steps that compound over time. Tackling the hard work now sets the stage for sustainable growth later.
Looking Ahead
Next week and beyond, I am focused on continuing momentum. We will support clients, refine systems, grow the team, and continue building our business thoughtfully. The class will continue weekly, the website will guide new clients, and the new service offering will help expand our impact. It is a season of progress, gratitude, and exciting opportunities.
